At Chaunsa Kids, our goal is to see your little ones smile in outfits that fit them just right. If an outfit doesn’t fit properly or you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 7 days of delivery.
1. Exchange Guidelines
- 7-Day Window: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date the package is delivered.
- Original Condition: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and in its original polybag with all brand tags intact.
- Size or Style Exchange: You can exchange for a different size of the same outfit or choose any other item of equal value from our catalog.
2. How to Request an Exchange in 3 Simple Steps
Snap a Photo
Take a clear photo of the garment with its attached tags and locate your Order ID.
WhatsApp Support
Send a message to our support helpline at 0334 7777379 explaining which size you need.
Replacement Dispatched
Our team arranges the exchange parcel so you receive the right size within 2 to 4 working days.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
Every item passes through quality inspection before dispatch. In the rare event that an item arrives with a stitching flaw, fabric defect, or incorrect size sent by mistake, Chaunsa Kids will replace the item completely free of charge, covering 100% of the courier costs.
4. Refunds & Reversals
If a suitable replacement size is unavailable or you opt for a return on a defective parcel, your refund will be processed directly into your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned parcel.
